Today it was reported that U.S. consumers will spend $123.89 each on average on Mother's Day compared to last year's $138.63, according to BIGresearch for the National Retail Federation. About 54.8% will eat dinner or brunch for the occasion.
So, if you are a RESTAURANT OPERATOR you have exactly 3 weeks to figure out why consumers should eat at your restaurant with their mom's and how you will attract them to do so.

I included a Mother's Day "recipe" in my book and it has plenty of promotional ideas along with directions and ingredients needed to get your share of that $123.00 consumer dollar they plan to spend on Mom's this year! LDUKE
