The 18th annual International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York is where top Chefs and culinary industry experts will teach some 18,000 restaurant and food service professionals and attendees the latest culinary trends, techniques and tools as well as offer insight on efficiency and profitability. The Conference and Expo will be held February 28 to March 2, 2011 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.

“Ms. Duke has spoken at both of our restaurant shows in Los Angeles and Florida where she drew huge crowds, so we asked her to present a featured session at our upcoming show in New York,” said Ron Matthews, Vice President Conferences, for Reed Expos. “I am sure we will have another standing room only session again.”

Duke will speak at The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) which hosts foodservice experts such as recent speakers, Steve Ells, Tim Zagat, Walt Henrion (founder of TGI Friday’s and former CEO of Dave and Busters), GJ Hart (CEO Texas Roadhouse), and more. Founded in 1975, the school offers career training programs in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking Arts, Culinary Management and Hospitality Management.
