Tonight the National Restaurant Association's Fast Casual Industry Council (FCIC) board members will be enjoying dinner with celebrated chef, restaurateur, James Beard award winner, Jimmy Schmidt, at Morgan’s in the desert, the new signature restaurant at the legendary La Quinta Resort & Club.

The Fast Casual Industry Council will meet in the next day to develop the direction of the newest council of the NRA. "It is an honor to serve and support the fastest growing segment in the restaurant industry, fast casual," said Linda Duke, one of the founding board members of the council and a 20+ year restaurant marketing veteran.
Duke along with fellow Chairman, Louis Basile, and board members, Paul Barron, George Green, Dan Pittard, and Larry Reinstein will also meet with National Restaurant Association Board Members in a joint session at La Quinta this week.
