TOOLS TO THRIVE A BIG HIT IN SACRAMENTO

US Foodservice Customer Event Draws Restaurant Operators for Marketing Education


US Foodservice San Francisco division hosted their second Tools to Thrive customer event in Sacramento with Linda Duke of Duke Marketing as keynote of the educational session. Over 100 restaurant operators joined their food distributor, US Foodservice, as they practiced what they preach, "your partner beyond the plate". The event shared practical tips and information for integrating social media into any restaurant operator's business, Lucy Logan of FoodCalc spoke about marketing healthier menu items and Chef Tom of US Foodservice shared produce tips and trends for profitability.


The customer event also included a product showcase and customers enjoyed tasting and ordering new foods carried by US Foodservice. Linda Duke offered her book, Recipes for Restaurateurs, to attendees and one lucky attendee won a signed copy.
