US Foodservice Northern California Event Draws over 600 for Food and Education
Full House for Duke's Restaurant Marketing Keynote Session
US Foodservice San Francisco division held their annual BIG food show for customers and area food operators at the Pleasanton Fairgrounds and over 600 area restaurant operators, chefs and foodies enjoyed the delicious food, grilled vegetables outside and chef demonstrations on the big screen! Linda Duke of Duke Marketing, was a featured speaker and shared her local store marketing expertise with ideas for the upcoming holidays and how restaurateurs can make the most of them with promotions, events and sampling. Duke shared several client case studies and how simple refreshing a brand can be as well as other restaurant marketing best practices.
Many attendees purchased Duke's book, Recipes for Restaurateurs, and had them signed by Linda following her speaking. New restaurant owners, restaurant franchisees and longtime chefs all had Duke sign their copies!
