Local favorite since 1969, Home of the Sourdough Crust, Will Donate One Dollar for Every Heart-Shaped Pizza Sold February 1st –February 14th, Valentine’s Day, to The Heart Association

Duke Marketing client, Red Boy Pizza, home of the sourdough crust since 1969, announced they will host a Valentine’s Day fundraiser. Red Boy Pizza has created a Heart Shaped large-sized pizza with two toppings for $18, and one dollar for each heart-shaped pizza sold will be donated to the North Bay and Oakland Heart Association's. Heart-shaped pizzas will be available beginning February 1st through Valentine’s Day, February 14th, 2012.

“We are proud to support the Heart Association,” said Radwan. “We hope our guests help us support them by enjoying our new heart-shaped pizza while donating to a great cause!”

Each heart-shaped pizza is created from scratch using the finest sourdough in the world, San Francisco Sourdough. The large two-topping pizza is offered at a special price at $18 for dine-in, take-out or free delivery. Guests may order a heart-shaped pizza and a green salad for $24, or for dine-in only, enjoy a heart-shaped pizza, a green salad and two glasses of wine, for a special Valentine’s treat for two offered at $28. Heart-shaped pizzas are only available February 1st -14t, 2012, at all participating locations.

For more than 40 years, Red Boy Pizza has been a family-owned local Bay Area favorite and known as the “home of the sourdough crust.” In fact, they have been making their famous sourdough crust since their first location opened in 1969.
